About Us
Trish Paul is the founder of Sea Salt Project Management.
As a third-generation property developer and project manager, property development has been part of Trish’s life from an early age.
Growing up around building sites, she gained first-hand insight into how successful projects are delivered, watching developments progress from concept to completion and developing a practical understanding of the industry from the ground up.
Before establishing Sea Salt Project Management, Trish worked within a local estate agency and later in her family’s development business alongside her father, John.
These experiences provided a strong foundation before she embarked on her own property development and project management journey.
Outside of work, Trish is a proud mother of two grown-up children and enjoys spending time with her large extended family.
With several family members also involved in property, it is a topic that frequently finds its way into family gatherings and conversations.
When she is not managing projects, Trish enjoys dancing and can often be found at local tap dancing and line dancing classes. She also loves spending time in her garden, where she enjoys a well-earned opportunity to relax and unwind.
